Remembering my twin, Jessie. She passed away two years ago this evening. Me, Jessie and little baby Em. I would do anything to have her next to me.

THE TINIEST BIRD

My new friend, Wei Hwu, makes unreal cyanotypes and sells them as cards in her store, The Tiniest Bird. Not a print of a cyanotpe-- an actual cyanotype. Her sea creature diagrams and xrays lend themselves elegantly to this photography "alternative." Really they are too amazing to stick in the mail, so buy a series for your own wall. You deserve it! And his girl deserves some accolades.

RAVENS vs CROWS

made this this morning. found a "faust" vocal score and thought it needed something. Apparently, ravens are four times the size of crows. So my money is on ravens.

TRANSCONTINENTAL GIF-DOM

transcontinental brain spew
Kellie and I -- yeah its kinda like that. Click here to see my new project with Kellie (she made this glorious beast.) When she is staying with me we its MTV's The Grind meets YouTube, but now there are oceans between us and computers seem the only bridge. Animated Gifs are the new dance jam. For other amazing jams listen to her croon in the Thunder from Down Under, Architecture in Helsinki. Really there is nothing she can not do and I just can't get enough of her.

WILD WEST

As I was combing ebay for miniature totem poles, I was reminded of David Levinthal. The bottom photo of this ebay listing could use more artistry, but I am impressed with the idea of fitting colonialism into O scale plastic.
